How can decentralized finance strengthen our mission to create a more just world, especially for Black bodies? These questions and more will be answered by our illustrious panelists. Their knowledge and expertise will help us navigate these new and exciting waters.

Our panelists are Edward CarringtonKinnard Hockenhull, and Nate Talbot. Please read a bit about them below. 

Edward Carrington is the Founder of Mytual Technologies: A digital asset (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc) robo-advisory investment/retirement platform designed to help the global gig-economy build wealth. Mytual leverages unique blockchain protocols that give solopreneurs the ability to create and invest in customizable smart portfolios in order to help them reach specific financial goals like retirement, payoff of debt, college tuition, home down payment, emergency savings, and more.
Kinnard Hockenhull is founder of the startup BitBox, a bitcoin exchange service. Kinnard grew up in Detroit and has been working on the Bitcoin/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency Movement for the better part of a decade. He once ran the 5th largest Bitcoin Exchange in the world and has been embedded within Blockchain communities and with Blockchain teams around the world. Kinnard writes code and teaches other people how to write
Nate Talbot is the VP of North American Operations and Information Systems for IABTT, a professional development training institution specialized within developing nations and has begun consulting on blockchain/DLS integration for businesses and government agencies.
